We booked a viewing for a house but were declined because, apparently, there were already offers on it. Fine, fair enough. But here’s the issue — when we made an offer on a house, the seller gave us a number they were happy to accept. We agreed. Then, behind our backs, they continued showing the house to other people and ended up rejecting us in favor of someone else.

How is that fair?

We’re constantly being told we can’t view properties because there are offers on them, yet sellers can still keep showing and accepting higher offers from others — even after giving us a price they claimed they’d accept.

Honestly, keep your properties. We’re not interested anymore
