I called Ambitions Personnel on a whim, as I was at a dead end looking for work. Luckily I was in contact with Nikola who had sourced me a job she thought I would be ideal for. After the interview process, I had succesfully bagged the job, Nikola was very kind, and kept checking in on me to make sure all was well. I couldnt possibly thank her anymore, for her amazing service and she even posted me a special muffin to congratulate me on getting the job. All my best goes to Nikola and her amazing team. Thank you again!! Definitley would reccomend.

I would thoroughly recommend the team at Ambitions in Mansfield, Lynsey was always pro-active, called me regularly but didn't pressure me into jobs I didn't want to go for as I was quite specific in what I wanted! Also once I go the job i wanted she helped me to get, she was still there for me if I needed her for anything and I didn't feel as though that was it, they weren't interested anymore. So if you are looking for work, I would most definitely recommend them!

I got a job as an INFORMATION GOVERNANCE OFFICER soon after registering with the agency. The process was very smooth and straightforward. People were very friendly and helpful, especially Lynsey, who I was frequently in touch with. All payments to me were on time. I initially joined only temporary for period of 3 months but I ended up staying for 18 months. I enjoyed the whole experience and would recommend it to everyone.

Not sure why Ambitions get bad reviews as their service is spot-on! They are a very pro-active company, Lynsey especially was very helpful in finding me a suitable role and the communication since has been excellent.
I am registered with at least 6 agencies, but it was Ambitions once again who helped me find the perfect position!

I feel compelled to share my disappointing experience with Ambition Personnel Mansfield. Nikola from their team misrepresented herself, using false pretenses to gain access to the company by claiming to have a meeting. It became evident that this was not the case after speaking with the person in charge. It's disheartening to encounter such unprofessional conduct, as honesty and transparency are paramount. This incident left me feeling misled and used.

I applied for a role advertised by Ambitions Personnel. A consultant (Lynsey) contacted me very quickly after to ask a couple more questions and possibly arrange an interview. She got me an interview within the week! Everything moved along smoothly. Lynsey was friendly, helpful and keen to make sure I did well.
