I've had some really terrible experiences with this firm. Tim did all the heavy lifting on my US and UK returns during calendar 2019, but then fell off the map starting around May 2020 when it came time to work on the latest UK return. After months of emailing him and calling from time to time (and leaving a lot of messages with his secretary/answering service) with no response I've just about given up. I can understand some delays and I haven't missed any filing deadlines, but his failure even to send a quick two-line email apologizing and updating me on when my return will be done is inexcusable.

As far as I'm aware, Tim is the best priced qualified UK accountant who handles US taxes. Have used for several years and he has been great. Very knowledgeable.

I decided, after two phone conversations with Mr Johnson, to ignore the only review I had read. I am glad I did. His responses to me were timely and included clear explanations of complicated topics. He gave me detailed instructions regarding what information he needed from me and the timeframe in which he required it.

Very non responsive. Slow to answer or emails or phone calls if he responds at all. Paid 50% up front with no work completed after 2 months. Can't get a response so have given up and moved on to another accountant. This is a one man band that you should avoid at all costs.
