Would not recommend Bernina. While trying to walk into the parking area with my family, I asked my husband if he thought the car parked blocking the entrance (which is tight, between two buildings) would be there long and if he could fit the pram past, because I didn't want to scratch it. Bernina immediately came over, apparently it was her car, and was confrontational and rude, even though we were trying to avoid scratching her illegally parked car. She then walked away and loudly made disparaging, stereotypical remarks to a coworker about the nationality she assumed of my husband and myself (that people from our country are loud, rude, etc).

Bernina acted entitled, derogatory, rude and short-tempered without provocation before we even entered the building. We certainly won't use her services now and would advise others to avoid using a solicitor whose behaviour is so easily steered by arrogance, stereotyping, blind assumptions and overt nationalism.
