Bob is a brilliant therapist. He has quite literally turned my life around in just over three months.
I no longer have anxiety and have the tools to deal with it should it ever come back. I am also much clearer as to what I want out of life and the boundaries I need going forward.

Bob was highly recommended to me a few years ago by a friend, I can honestly say I would recommend him to all of my friends and anyone in need. Without a shadow of doubt meeting Bob has changed my life. I approached Bob about personal issues, traumas and troubled emotions which then led to me to bringing my partner along who also found him very effective and that he provided a very safe environment to open up too! Set the counselling aside, Bob is a wonderful character with an uplifting spirit. I am so pleased to have found Bob and I can only hope to continue my journey through life with him as and when needed.

I have been unfortunate to have had to use the services of Anglia Counselling twice over a number of recent years, the outcome for me in both occasions was a very positive one. The weekly talks allowed me to work through my years of depression, panic attacks and suicide attempts to a point where I could say its time to move on, and I have. Some time later I fell into a period of anger, again weekly talks allowed me to come to an understanding about my childhood emotional neglect from my father, this was also a very special event in my life. My years of alcohol self medication is the next big issue to tackle but I know the power of counselling that can lead to self determination.

I approached Bob at Anglia Counselling when I hit a desperate low & realised that I could not continue my life in a rollercoasting state of anxiety, low self esteem & self doubt.
I immediately found Bob very easy to talk to & within just a couple of sessions he was able to explain to me the reasons behind my reactions to situations which are a result of my upbringing & life experiences.
Bob was supportive & non-judgmental & gave me the tools & guidance to assist me in dealing with situations going forward.
