The animal licensing training course was absolutely fantastic. The content was extremely engaging with detailed examples to apply the regulations which can otherwise be quite complex. The course was made up of theory sessions which were informative, interactive and enjoyable. High quality course materials were clear and an invaluable tool for future reference. I attended an online training course across 4 half days. Vicky was so smiley and welcoming and had everything very well organised. Sharon the presenter was very knowledgeable and engaging, and the material was interesting and informative. It didn't feel like a long course even though it was over 4 days - it was just so interesting with a mixture of learning methods. There were plenty of breaks, all of which were a good length. Excellent service.
