Her guidance was invaluable as I navigated the challenges of my Fulbright experience abroad, from setting healthy boundaries to boosting my self-esteem and deepening my relationship with myself. Anna is a lovely therapist. I sought help from her while going through some internal struggles in another country, therefore our meetings were remote and her availability was very flexible. I think Anna is a great listener and even better at understanding the situations and giving the most appropriate and useful tools so you can progress. After every session I felt like I had acquired a new tool and had to power to carry on. I felt entirely comfortable sharing my experiences with her and would recommend her without a doubt. She is the best therapist I have had yet.

By our second session Anna made me feel understood and heard, which is something that I have not always experienced with other counselors.
