DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL DEEPLY REGRET YOUR DECISION!!!

Apparently, Andy, this one man company has undertaken a small amount of work for Silverstone Ciircuit, hence the contact.

I initially contacted Andy for his services and was informed by him that he could undertake my requirements. However, after more than 15 emails, phone calls/voicemails, no contact has been received from Andy, I have been blatantly ignored and disregarded!!!!

I am absolutely disgusted and mortified by the severe lack of professionalism, courtesy and inability to complete the job I had provided to Andy.

I really do not believe that a business such as Silverstone Circuits would employ the abhorrent services of this individual, I think Andy has claimed the connection to Silverstone for promotion of his despicable so-called business, SHAME ON YOU!!!

Booked an appointment waited in all day for them and no show...
A few weeks later I look through Google for structual engineer and happened to ring them again not realising company name gave my details for them to say they came out before and noone was in which I told them I was and was waiting for them surely if you're knocking on the door for an appointment you would ring the customer if they didnt answer the door...
So then asked about another visit for them to quite rudely say no you'll have to look for someone else we're busy and then hung up. Didnt even ask me when for so he couldn't confirm if they were busy on the date I required.

We used AP Structures when extending our house. They were very efficient, answered all our questions and concerns. Worked very well with our builders.
