I had a disappointing experience with this company. I requested a translation that their website claimed would be completed within 48 hours, but I received no updates until I had to follow up multiple times over five days. The communication was poor.
When I finally received the translation, they did not ask for any feedback or check if I was satisfied with the result. Upon reviewing it, I noticed mistakes and found that the writing quality did not meet professional standards. Also, the translation had been outsourced to an online platform (Translayte), which charges £25 for the same service, while this company charged me £48.
When I raised my concerns, I was completely ignored. I would not recommend this to anyone looking for reliable and high-quality translation services.

On both occasions I have dealt with Zak Walker. Great communications and very efficient.
I posted my documents on 23rd December and received them back by 14th January all Translated and Apostilled, excellent service as usual.

This was my second time using the apostille service from Zac for a Spanish visa application both times the process has been smooth and timely, this time I also had the document translated also which is very useful saving time when using two different offices which I had done previously.

Wrong information to take your money. On their site it says that you don’t need to be a British citizen in order to change your name. Be very careful because you need to be in order to register your deed poll with the Court. I even mentioned that I need it for my country and ticked the box when in fact the deep poll to be recognized by my country must be registered with UK Court. So, waste of money and time. If is not recognized by my country I cannot change my passport or card ID with the new name. Avoid at all costs. Their deep poll is just a piece of paper that you can do by yourself. This works only for British citizens.

I had a very disappointing experience with apostille and legalisation. I had sent a copy of the death certificate and asked for it to be returned by informing the company 30 minutes after I made the payment to them by email. They didn't respond and had to contacted the company to stop the process by phone as well but they did not take the necessary action. When I contacted the Legalisation Office (government body) that installs the apostles, they informed me that the company has direct access and can communicate at any time, but no one has requested a suspension of the procedure.

In addition, the apostle was not sent on time and arrived with significant delay of two weeks, not as advertised in five working days. On top of that, the apostille document came in a low quality thin envelope and was almost destroyed and crumpled.

It became clear that their main focus was money. My association with Zack Walker was particularly unpleasant; he was unhelpful and extremely rude, refusing to engage in any conversation when I sought assistance.

Overall, my experience was marred by poor communication, lies, unhelpful service, poor postage, and only a focus on profit over customer care.
