Little apprehensive with this company. At first everyone seemed really lovely but I've now had 2 experiences with 2 different advisors months apart. It seems the more you email or call to ask about things the more the advisors tones changed. It went from long paragraphs and such a nice warm tone of no worries we will help you with anything, we'll contact you with any jobs, to being told I now need to look and apply (I was doing that anyway) and then no one contacted me anyway so I assume I just got forgotten about or pushed to the bottom of the pile.

The second experience I had to ring because I hadn't received any confirmations of my job application twice and I saw somewhere online about 3 working days (I just thought I'd call and double check) and the gentlemen couldn't of been more welcoming sounded so upbeat and I think he could tell I was nervous about calling his tone was so polite. I then got put through to a lady who just sounded so blunt it didn't make me feel very confident.

After a meeting with the team at Appointments personnel these were made easier and after getting a placement all apprehensions were gone. I have been working for appointments personnel for around 7 months now! I have been contacted quite a few tike by the office to see if everything is ok. Hospitality is through the roof. Max Powell especially has helped me ten fold with holidays, pay issues, work issues, honestly, they don't pay this man enough!
I am someone who has worked for well over 15/20 different agencies in the past and can honestly say this is by far the best one i have worked for.

She has always gone above and beyond to secure interviews for me, giving me guidance prior to and checking in after. Having had a couple of offers through Appointments I can't sing their praises enough. It is my own fussiness that has prevented them from placing me, yet.

Many agencies don't support you like they do. Got me a really well paying job that was great to do. The only downside is when I left the job (due to relocating) they seemed very annoyed with me and I get that they would be losing a client but they shouldn't show it on the phone. Emma was really nice from setting me up with the job to the very end
