I had a meeting with Zoe last week which was so helpful and informative. Not only did Zoe really listen to what I needed (which was a little out of the ordinary!) but she was able to recommend something that I hadn't even thought of. I also loved her honesty that she did not know how the process worked, but pointed me in the right direction to do the research, which is well underway now.

With Zoe's guidance, this week I have my enthusiasm back and have updated my website and feel so much more confident that the path I want to follow is the perfect one for me.

I recently had the opportunity to work in partnership with Zoe and Gary Britton of the Arracan Group as they worked with us for our Customer Experience Awards for the Sussex Business Show.

In essence the Arracan Group were given a major project to Mystery Shop all of our exhibitors over a two year period to test exhibitors of the tradeshow, and to test their level of Customer Service, and dwindle a few hundred calls down to four winners.

The Arracan Group did an outstanding job, and I would highly recommend them as a team and business.
