Ash Lawrence is The Flip Flop Psychologist and he does exactly 'what it says on the tin' - even his job title challenges your thinking! The first time I met Ash in person, he was wearing shorts and flip flops - that's his uniform! I have only been in his MAD (Make A Difference) Group for a short while but it hasn't taken me long to flip my thinking and limber up my mindset to meet the challenges of of being in business. If I ever had a ceiling on what I thought I could achieve - that thought has been replaced with another - "To infinity and beyond!"
