I hired Avery Consulting Home Improvement in 2023 for a double-story extension with a promised completion timeline of 4 months, starting in early October. John Sullivan was the person who negotiated the deal. I paid the company more than originally quoted for the work, but unfortunately, they abandoned the project by July 2023, leaving it only partially finished. The extension still needs significant work, and I now have to remortgage to cover the additional costs to complete it.

Despite multiple requests for updates, he has not returned to finish the work, stating he would come back "when and if" he has the funds. I have requested his formal complaints procedure and suggested using Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), but he has not responded.

I cannot recommend John Sullivan and Avery Consulting Home Improvement Ltd. Proceed with caution, as my experience has been overwhelmingly negative.
