Paul and the team were incredibly helpful with both selling as well as purchasing a property.

Most people I speak to in the process of moving home usually have issues with their solicitors, so awd law were a pleasant surprise.

It is hard to put into words to describe the excellent advice and hard work I have been gifted. Going through a di once is very draining but Mrs Wong was super at making it as easy and stressfree as possible. Her knowledge and understanding of the law and how to empathise and support the needs of her clients is outstanding! I’ve used AWD twice for conveyancing on a first time purchase and a more difficult sale/purchase. Both times Paul and his team have been excellent especially when things were complicated by another party. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and if needed I will be using AWD again.
