My experience with AXCIS has been amazing from the start. They let you know everything about a placement and give you the choice on whether you’d like to try it there or not and Jake always responds to messages quickly. Wow. Been absolutely blown away and amazed by the support and the process with how the agency works. My first time working in a School and I couldn’t have done it without the support from my consultant Jake. Any worries or issues I had I knew I could message or call at any point and to know I would get a response soon was really reassuring. Been amazing to have someone to be able to talk me through the process step by step and to also have that confidence boost when I had completed another placement. I have now had 2 supply placements and I am starting a placement in January to be a 1:1 TA. Really has made such a difference for me and I’m just very grateful to have found such a wonderful agency and a supportive consultant.

He has been such an amazing person in getting me a school that met my needs and making sure I am comfortable and sure with the school choice, making it clear there is no obligation if I am not happy. He has also been so kind, understanding and positive when I had the unfortunate case of loosing a close family member. I contacted Axcis, Devon and Cornwall, in response to a TA position on Indeed. As this was a complete career change for me I didn't know what to expect.
