Abu-Bakar was brilliant from the start. I called him needing advice and he spent over 30mins on the phone with me giving me top tier advice whilst I was not even his client. This shows he has genuine love for what he does and genuinely cares.

I have used Ayub since November 2024 to get my tac returns upto date. Ayub has been very gentle, informative and very proffessional throughout the stressful 2 months i have had. One thing i must say is i used Ayub after reading some reviews where someone wrote he was very approachable and worked all 7 days and got back very quickly. I can say i have experianced this first hand and Ayub was available at all times. I am someone who tends to stress a lot and needed someone to almost hold my hand and take me through the process of catching up with tax affairs and thankfully Ayub was perfect. Ayub also has a nice warm office which is very welcoming and is open to meeting you and not just trying to reduce his work by dealing with things only over the phone. Paying tax is not exciting for anyone so its about using an accountant who will aid you in every step and provide you with all the information you need to save you money. AYUB done exactly that, provided me with very important information that saved me a hell lot of money. Ayubs services were top notch and even though i read a lot of reviews i have never written one. This time i deemed it neccasary to write one as Ayub has done a great job for me. Overall it should be enough for me to say Ayub always puts his client as a priority and is very patient, something that is needed for a accountant. I am glad i used Ayub for my returns and will continue to use him. Overall very happy with my experiance you really made it easy for me.
