We are a family business based in Chelmsford. We started our business in 2018 and I quickly start using Quickbook. My background was midwife, hence, accountability and softwares were not my best skills. I thought that I could find out alone with our accountant support. However, years after year I could see some strange result on QB and realised that I was doing something wrong.
At that point, I wish that I contacted Bambi earlier !!! I contacted her to reconcile and clean our books. I very rarely write reviews but she has truly provided an outstanding work. She took all the time I needed to explain me my errors to avoid them in the future. She was always answering quickly to my questions. She has been very patient with me.
