As an aviation enthusiast, I approached the security personnel near the security hut to inquire about potential locations for photographing aircraft departures. Unfortunately, the staff members were discourteous and provided no assistance. Subsequently, I proceeded to an open car park where a club was conducting gymnastics activities for children. I parked my vehicle in a remote corner to observe any visible aircraft. Approximately 10 minutes later, the same security guard who had previously interacted with me approached me and instructed me to leave the premises. Despite my presence, he misrepresented the situation to his manager, who subsequently approached me. The manager, however, demonstrated professionalism and understanding of my intentions. He, along with another security guard, provided valuable guidance on suitable locations for my photography. They acknowledged my SIA badge, indicating our shared affiliation within the same organization, despite the unprofessional behavior of the aforementioned security personnel. It is worth noting that there were no visible signs in the car park prohibiting parking. In such situations, basic customer service principles could have facilitated a more positive resolution. I always show respect hence me asking to begin with.

Our nearest neighbours not always the quitest but that would be hard in their business and even after 2 years I still stop what I'm doing to watch them flying over fantastic sight.The security staff are 1st class.
