Absolute time wasters, knew I had deadline and continued asking for documents and I sent documents over to Lisa. I kept chasing it up as I knew my deadline was approaching I got ignored numerous of times to then be told on deadline day they cannot deal with the case as they didn’t have enough time. So why take my case on then. This has now cost me a lot more money for a property that didn’t need to be done. A bit of advice just be straight up to clients you might get further with your career

We instructed Bailey Smailes to deal with conveyancing for a house sale. We found the whole process relatively stress free and put this down mainly to their professionalism. We dealt mainly with Lisa Clay. Communications with her were excellent and she always dealt with issues in a timely and efficient manner. We would certainly consider using them again should the need arise.
