Very polite and helpful staff just very little communication and updates.
I literally have no idea if my military tinnitus claim is going anywhere!
I’ve called a few times and they’ve always been helpful but not a lot of detail.
I would recommend as they were very swift initially and I assume it’s a lengthy process for them, just don’t expect to be kept in the loop!

I started my claim over two years ago. At the start it was very swift, hearing specialists etc all booked in and completed fast, they responded well and communicated well. I received a lot of paperwork to sign and return and did so.

However things started turning south, 3 times I have been sent a consent to access military records form by them and each time I have completed and returned straight away. (I'm a space of a year). After the third time I called them up and asked why they kept sending the same form to me to which I then find out they needed me to go online and request all this information myself now, which I did in June this year. Ofcourse the govt. Are taking their time sorting this out and it has been over 3 months since I requested this information and nothing heard back from them.

What frustrates me the most is that this could have been sorted at the beginning stages of my application so it was all ready for them to take to court. My last correspondence with them they told me they have only just found out the army have to check my records for proof of liability.... I mean like come on I'm not a lawyer but that's obviously something that they will have to do if they are going to try legitimize this claim. It comes across as very unknowledgeable.

I will try get in touch with them soon again for an update via call as I seem to be getting the exact same response via email saying "please apply for your service records via the FOI act link" which I already have.

I'm happy with the predicted amount of compensation but not confident they have the capability in getting this sorted.

Please change my opinion of yourselves and provide me with the service which justifies this 25% commission. I seem to be doing all the work here.

Incapable of listening!!
They ask you for information about yourself. Such as your surname.
Then when they ask you to spell it. They refuse to allow you to actually finish!!
I happen to have a uncommon surname.
I have tried to explain but they don't listen!!!
I was promised that things would improve. But it hasn't.

Ongoing hearing loss case, no communication unless you email them, they then eventually reply sometimes weeks later to just say they are waiting for the other party, been a couple of years now so wondering if my claim is worth going elsewhere. Last email
I got from them was October last year with no communication or updates since. The reviews I’ve read on here were not comforting and thought it may of been to the odd experience but I can confirm that isn’t the case and seems to be true unfortunately.

Update: 3 months later and still no contact no nothing, had one call after they noticed my review which they said they would keep me upto date but heard nothing back since, go elsewhere if you can, I will now be looking into going elsewhere. FYI my review has now reached over 1000 views, if I was this company I would be concerned to how many customers I’m losing.

Further update they are now claiming defamation and saying I’m not a client so I’ve provided the review team and disclosed all this information to both parties to prove I indeed am a client.

Not very impressed no contact no information off them , if you ring they are very polite and giving me some sort of updates , I wish they would just email a update no and then . I have thought of changing to another company nearer to Cardiff so I could go in and see what's going on . Please just send update in a email every now and then.

Won my case for hearing loss and since having Zain Hussain take over my case everything went as it should professional and kept me updated every step of the way and also was very patient with me as I did keep ringing for more updates haha, still waiting on payment to be sent to me but I trust it will go in on the date that's been discussed. I've tried contacting this company by email and phone but the phone network doesn't work it keeps taking you back to the beginning they have been dealing with my case for 2 years now and nothing there communication are very poor I'm beginning to wonder if I have chosen the right company all I ask for is to keep your customers up to date which isn't asking alot.
