So your senior solicitor Kirsten Collings can give unsound legal advice to a client. About sentencing. Then ask said client to send all their evidence in defence of their case to not use any of that in court as a defence. Then your solicitor Annis Rowlands can then not mention any of the evidence in court to a judge. Call the client vindictive in a private meeting outside of court. Is this professional behaviour Bakers? Leave it ten minutes before a plea hearing to tell the client that if they were to plead not guilty and it went to trial they could face a custodial sentence. Despite the client being advised at first meeting by Kirsten on the phone that a custodial sentence wouldn’t be considered for this offence. Then Annis admitting in a private phone call with the client they there was provocation from the other party. That’s comments that should be to the judge Annis at court. To help your clients case. But you should know how to do your job. Clearly you don’t. You clearly don’t know how the law or court or anything works. Nor should you refuse a witness to come to court on behalf of your client. Saying that it wouldn’t help the clients case. Which is what you said did you not Annis in two occasions about the client submitting evidence and about having a witness come to court/write a statement for them? When you’d asked for all the evidence. Then refused to show said evidence in court. To help their case. Then Annis Rowlands trying to lie about you telling the client a custodial sentence would be considered at the meeting at the plea hearing. The client showed you the emails proving this and you Annis sat there with your arms folded for the rest of the time. Then James Riley ignoring a very serious formal complaint to you saying that you never received it. Then James Riley, Kirsten Collings the partners and Annis Rowlands lying to The SRA about the client. Who did nothing wrong except ask for your support and help with a legal matter. Are you going to lie when you are asked to go to court to speak to the judge as to why the client made several very serious allegations against you all? Please, please do that as it’s perjury. You probably don’t know that. Maybe then your practice can finally be closed down and you can all be rightfully struck off the solicitors roll for life. ‍♀️‍♀️‍♀️‍♀️

Not the best experience as the solicitor that came to help didn't introduce themselves straight away instead going straight through. Didn't seem to care and kept looking at their watch and wasn't interested in anything except getting out as soon as possible. I went for the police suggestion. I suggest you choose you're own representative and not one suggested by them. Very dismissive and I was very disappointed with the result. Luckily after a previous official complaint to the council, they sorted out the issue after I told them what had been tried to be done to me so it all worked out in the end. Thanks to high peak borough council for being kind to me and letting me keep the panels I bought with my own money.

Absolute shambles of a Solicitor company. Avoid them like the plague. They don't show up to court hearings even when they have confirmed they will attend.
