I filled in a form over two years ago. They didn’t contact me until this year in July and from then they have been hounding me for a signature to release my medical records to them so they can hold my details for as long as they want.
I said I didn’t want to sign this and they threatened to charge me for “work they have already done”. I have been waiting to hear back from these people for over two years. I have forgotten about what I included in the form. I do know that I was threatened to sign the form. They didn’t this over the course of a month, sending letters to my home threatening to charge me if I don’t sign the medical release form. I signed the medical release form to avoid being charged and they haven’t gotten back to me since then.
They want to hold my medical records for god knows what. I strongly advise to not use this company.
Their reviews are false. You can jump on Google and review any company you want. They may have a dedicated person writing good reviews on them when that is the opposite. I felt pressured to conform. I should have made them charge me or take me to court. They would have lost in the end.

Brilliant service from start to finish. I used Bank View Solicitors to buy my first property. Sofia acted on my behalf, she was professional throughout the process. I had many obstacles buying my first property and without Sofia’s liaising with the seller’s solicitor I wouldn’t have reached completion. Sofia was always available to speak, whether it’d be email or on the phone. I would definitely use Sofia again, when I look to sell my property.
