Mediation is supposed to be a reliable trustworthy helpful service BUT I can assure you that with this company it far from the case.

It definitely feels like a take the money and run service. Even from the very beginning I felt pressured and stressed to fulfil an agreement to get it over and done with. The worst part is being IGNORED when you seek further help. When you finally do get a response it is unhelpful. For me this service was a waste of time, money, and effort.

I will make the necessary complaint to the right body. My advice is to seek professional legal (solicitor) help if you have any kind of problem that needs addressing because not even the simplest of problems can be dealt with here. Infact my very own solicitor told me I should have gone somewhere else! Very disappointed indeed.
