I approached Tom at Barcan & Kirby when I needed to apply for a divorce. I had little to no knowledge of the process and he took the time to explain everything and at no point did I feel I was being pressured into using his services. The communication was always good and at all times he tried to keep his costs down as much as he could given the circumstances. I needed a clean break order and he took care of everything other than what I had to apply for via the government website. All in all I was very happy with the process and although hopefully I’ll never be in the position to use him again I would highly recommended him and his services to anyone who needs it.
