Very poor and unprofessional “customer service”. Even worse customer care (whatever they call themselves) complaints department. Dodgy dealings and stealing customer personal sensitive data and sharing with third parties without prior consent. My biggest mistake in life when I signed up with this bank. Biggest regret in my life.

*EDIT* wow the cost compared to others wow thats one way not to promote customer loyalty !!!!!......Im a long standing customer cant even start getting a quote, as usual can speak to anyon & website like a digital version of the Kryton factor to find!!! god knows why I stick with them
