Is the most unprofessional person I’ve ever come across, he doesn’t answer emails or phone calls , when he does email he says he will get back to you by a certain date? He never does , I end up chasing him to futher be ignored.
He’s a liability to deal with and will cost you time, money and effort not needed if he was had any professional approach let alone was customer focused , customer centred and even courteous word
Don’t use Barr Ellison then will cost you time and Money

As part of that purchase, Helen met with us to chat through questions we had. Helen really knows what she's talking about but she is also very skilled in communicating complicated things very clearly.
