The receptionist looked like she had just got out of bed, yet this was an afternon appointment. She needs serious customer service training. Health Harmonie dermatology doctor no introduction and came across as very inattentive and extremely rude.
She asked about my condition and then replied "if you let me speak "
I felt like I was a nuscisnce to be honest, couldn't wait to get out of the poop hole of a bungalow. The only advantage is I got a quick appointment and the rude woman, I won't call her a doctor gave me tips on what to purchase for my condition. Which I am now self administering.

We recently visited this Dermatologist clinic and had the worst experience ever with the doctor. He didn't even stand up from his desk to check our 10-month-old son's skin. It was evident that he had no interest at all in our concerns or in providing proper care. We left feeling extremely disappointed and will definitely not be returning.

Doesn't deserve one star. Thirty minute consultation, Ahmed answered his phone three times and another patient just walked in to say HIS xrays were ready. Absolute chaos and unprofessional. I had no opportunity to even describe my life-limiting symptoms of cervical instability. Sells himself as the expert I came away with no advice or help.
I learned a valuable lesson though.

Well sadly I will be reducing the 5 star reviews. So far my experience is extremely negative. Visited dermatology on Saturday 21st October, relating to a concerning patch of skin under my eye, i.e. is it cancer or something less sinister. I was told it would be up to 3 weeks but someone would contact me. Both staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful. Sadly this has been the only positive thing I can say. Today is the 5th December and despite leaving 4 messages, as nobody answers the phone, and a contact form online, I've heard fiddly squat. Ive even called my gp to see if they've been sent there but they've not. It really isn't good enough Health Harmonie. I know waiting lists are getting longer and longer but surely if there is any possibility of a cancer, test results should be expedited and patients informed asap so as not to cause undue stress and anxiety. Shameful

Excellent consulting rooms for clinicians to see clients, with good facilities including a stair lift to access the first floor for those with mobility difficulties. Staff all very friendly, accommodating and helpful. A wide range of clinical services offered to the public. Would highly recommend.

One of the really pleasant private consultation experiences I have experienced .Great location with a very welcoming reception. Absolutely clean and state of the art consulting rooms. Offers a range of some of the senior consultants with ample experience. All together a great setup.

There is no wheelchair accessible toilet at all. Getting a wheelchair into the building is a nightmare. Disabled parking bays should be at the front of the building not at the back . On the whole very unfriendly for anyone in a wheelchair. Please do something asap

Waited 30 mins even though had book an appointment, not a friendly staff or well trained as they won't let you know about the waiting. Everything unprofessional, why do they take patients if they treat us with no interest, no respect?
