Jenny at BBK accounts has been my accountant for many years and has always worked very hard and professionally, I am sure I have not been one of her easier clients but she has always been on my side and always found the best outcome.in our dealings with the taxman. She has a very pleasant

Had a poor experience with this firm.

Very abrupt on the phone, if they actually answer. Charged more than estimated, for less of the job than agreed. Never communicated with me that the cost was exceeding what had been quoted or that billable hours were exceeding what had been predicted.

When asked to set up the company pensions for 2 people with weeks until the deadline, which wasn't done until 3 weeks later, almost causing my company to be issued a significant fine. Only avoided because I then sorted it out myself, was still charged for the full service though.

Wasn't informed until 5 months after they'd stopped working on my accounts that they weren't working on my accounts.

Very poor service, would recommend any companies thinking about using this steer well clear, as I will be from now on.
