Awesome little gym! Great selection of nuanced equipment you wouldn't expect to find in a gym with 24hr access. Kyle is super helpful and offered me a trial prior to delivering a key fob to my house once I had signed up. I'm a fairly advanced bodybuilder and the variety of equipment here will facilitate a lot of long term progress!

I've been a member at BCP for nearly a year now and find the gym clean and well equipped with a variety of machines and weights. I have had Kyle as a PT for my time at the gym and can not praise his level of professionalism and determination enough. If you want a friendly gym with likeminded members then BCP is the gym for you.

Open, clean and friendly gym!
Very inviting atmosphere, joined this gym a while ago, the staff are always on hand to give advice on equipment use, nutrition and to help guide and motivate you when needed.
Very happy with this gym, easily the best I've been to!
Would definitely recommend!

I love this gym!! When I'm there it's always a friendly welcoming by all the staff, the gym is always clean and tidy everything is brand new and I love the fact it has a squat rack!! I don't feel judged when I'm there either as in previous gyms I have after all fitness is not about being better than someone else it's about being better than you used to be!!

Really nice gym, never too busy. Also would really reccomend personal training with Jon Gosman who trains out of BC, he has made me feel so much more confident in the gym as a total beginner and have seen a lot of progress!
