Phoned twice to ask about stock availability because of 60 mile round trip. Assured that they had what I needed. Got there and they didn't. Man let me drive 60 miles because he couldn't be bothered to walk 20 metres! Luckily LAWSONS TIMBER had what I needed. Bedford timber are messers, avoid.

very bad service for a diy person, ordered 3 times 1 month but never again. they dont have prices online, but give different prices every time. same product 2.08 per m 2 weeks ago and 2.80 per m today.
when i asked how comes your quoting higher today when i payed and have a qoute on email which is different from what your charging me.
he was rude and said well we charge what ever we like to different people.
when i asked him to repeat, he then said he was being sarcastic.

it didn't seem like he was bothered if i buy or not so i cancelled the order.

they also charge different than what they qoute u.
