A poor approach to customer service including a lack of communication and mistakes made. The whole experience of dealing with Bells was frustrating and I would not recommend using them for Probate based on my experience.

We've recently used this firm for our conveyancing needs and cannot recommend them highly enough. Our solicitor worked very efficiently and speedily and always kept us well-informed of the process. Even when faced with problems in the sale beyond ours, and her, control, our solicitor Hayley worked hard to keep the sale on track and completed in a timely fashion. They were also very competitive in price. We were very happy with the service we received.
