Utter waste of time and money! Definitely not recommending this company to anyone and would strongly advice to try anywhere else but this company.
All I needed from Sarah Pennicott was to write a letter to my ex clearly stating what I want out of selling the house I jointly own. No research was required from Sarah’s side. All that was required was to simply put together a 2page letter with what I wanted. I was quoted approximately £1000 for that. Ofcourse I did not go ahead because I felt it was a ripoff and had to pay £330 for speaking to her on the phone for approximately 25min and a few emails back and forth.
I felt like the way they handled my case was dismissive and all they had as an aim was money money money.

Rubbish solicitor firm tried to get a quote for lease & business transfer. The solicitor “Josh” said that he would get back to me with fee costs by the end of the day or next morning. Its been now 2 days and no contact. E-mailed him today and he’s out of office comes up! Wasted 2 days of my time and thrid party waiting!! Avoid at any cost!
