I have recently completed a property sale on behalf of my mother. Buying and Selling a house can be enormously stressful, but it was handled swiftly & very professionally by Robert Moseley and Charlotte Finn. All enquiries were fielded promptly and deadlines met. Communication was excellent throughout, without exception, and the sale was concluded very successfully. I would highly recommend, and shall be utilising their services going forward.

I would like to provide some balance to these reviews for anyone considering using Berry & Lamberts for a house sale or purchase. Having finally nearly completed on our house sale and related purchase I can say working with this team has been nothing but a headache. Having used different solicitors for our previous move I am so disappointed we did not go with them again. Our allocated solicitor had poor communication skills, very limited understanding or retention of detail with regards to our case, and we have found the entire process very challenging due to this. I personally would not recommend this team to anyone and will most definitely not be using them again.
I always use reviews to help me when choosing services online, so I feel it is only fair that I leave some honest feedback after this experience.

The conveyancing team at Berry & Lamberts T. Wells have worked on a number of property transfers, sales and purchases for me over the past few years and I would highly recommend them to anyone wishing to buy / sell. The will was clear yet these’d Solicitors trustees of the will
Made a total mockery of what was supposed to be shared out.
They were a nightmare to deal with.
