We had a full bathroom refurbishment with this company, instead of a new bath, we had a walk in shower built instead and to say that we are very pleased is an understatement. The whole job took three weeks from start to finish and we are absolutely extatuc with the final result!! A HUGE thank to all the staff and workmen for giving us a 5* star bathroom! Jay was exceptional and did most of the work. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anybody who wants the bathroom of their dreams.

What can you expect?

- Effective communication and project management - I always knew which tradesman was going to be there each day and what job they would undertake.
- Highest standard of craftsmanship by some really lovely guys, too many to mention here but all brilliant without
exception
- very good after completion care with timely attention to minor snags

If you go with an idea, expect to be advised as to the feasibility of it for the size and function of the room and be prepared to be flexible. Your own finishing touches make your bathroom bespoke.

All in all a really great experience and we will be following up with another request for en-suites shortly.

A massive thank you to John, Kelly, Liam (who is an absolute star), Keith and all the team at Bespoke Bathrooms & Kitchens. Such a professional but very friendly team who were welcoming and helpful from the beginning. Whilst we had an idea of what we wanted we didn't really know where to start as we knew the configuration of the bathroom needed to change, taking the bath out and replacing it with more of a wet room design. The various design ideas and options made available to us were fantastic and thank you to Kelly and Keith for being so patient with such an indecisive customer regarding tiles! Steve, Steve and Liam were fantastic and always cleaned up of an evening before leaving for the day. We were involved throughout the process and the project management was brilliant as was the communication. We are delighted with our new bathroom and I would highly recommend this company. Outstanding service. From the first consultation with Keith and then Kelly and John who made the designs, to the finished article. They re-designed our small bathroom and when work started, took away our old bathroom including our old big bath that took up most of the room! It now looks so modern and bright. We now have a lovely walk in shower with an overhead waterfall as well as a hand held shower. The sink & unit in the old bathroom was built into the stairwell (by the previous owner) and was a bit problematical. However, they were able to design around it. You wouldn't know it had been there when looking at it now. A smooth process from start to finish and completed on time too. We can't thank them enough, especially Liam & Steve. They worked so hard every day and cleaned up each night. It is an inconvenience not having a bathroom for a few weeks but it was definitely worth it in the end. Everyone at Bespoke are so friendly and professional and we would definitely recommend this company if you're after a new bathroom. Thank you to all.

I would not hesitate to highly recommend Bespoke Bathrooms , Professional service from start to finish of work , they said it would take 3 weeks and took exactly 3 weeks.
Exceptional support from both Keith & Kelly from stepping into the showroom seeing the high quality products, a super design, communications throughout were 1st class.
Liam who did most of the work was a master of his art , perfectionist to say the least, respectful , clean and tidy from the rip out to the finer details , he is a credit to the company. My 2 dogs will miss him too.
I now have a beautiful luxurious spacious wet room instead of a dated, cluttered bathroom .

We absolutely love our new bathroom. Bespoke Bathrooms have recently completed our renovation to a very high standard and we couldn't be happier.

We had our bathroom designed and installed by Bespoke Bathrooms & Kitchens. It was a job which needed doing and we spent some time researching companies to ensure we found the right one. A company who had their own fitters was important to us and this is something Bespoke provide so this, along with the excellent reviews on google, meant we gave them a try.

We were not disappointed. From the initial contact, home visit by Keith, design by Kelly and all the fitters (Steve, Liam, Ian, Tony and apologies if I’ve not mentioned you!), boy, where we glad we picked this company.

The team were with us for almost 3 weeks but that covered a major refit of the bathroom including moving and replacement of fittings, the guys never stopped! They were very polite and respectful of our home, cleaning up after themselves each evening to leave our home as tidy as possible during the refurb. We can honestly say we are delighted with our new bathroom, the workmanship is second to none and having used it for a few weeks now, it totally exceeds our expectations and we love it. Why can’t all companies be like this.

If you are thinking of having a new bathroom, or any aspect of work with your bathroom, we would totally recommend this company. Believe me, you will not be disappointed.

Absolutely stunning job, brilliant service and what a top talented team - lovely people who really care about what they do, nothing is ever too much trouble. From our first interaction with Keith measuring up to Kelly doing a fabulous design to Ian, Tony and Steve who worked in our house and gave us a stunning new room. It’s just like a hotel bathroom! Regular contact from Kelly and Keith as well as the guys in the house. Every single thing they said they would do was done when they said they would do it and the quality of work is second to none.
