Ben and his team completed internal renovations for us 4 years ago. We were nervous about having renovations done and trusting the right person. Ben came to quote and instantly made me feel at ease with his knowledge, professionalism, attention to detail and talking through our ideas and was happy to take on a new challenge and bring my ideas to life - installing a pocket door system. Ben was always checking in on his team and making sure we were happy with the work that was being completed. He even made my husband phone me to check details - which I am glad he did as my husband clearly hadn’t listened to what I’d said so Ben saved a few arguments ?

4 years later he is back again with the team to complete a garage conversion for us. Once again his attention to detail is second to none, his advice and guidance has been very welcome as well as the random lunchtime chats.

I can highly recommend Ben and in fact I have and he has completed jobs for family, friends and neighbours. I already have other house projects lined up and wouldn’t trust anyone else but Ben and his team to complete them.

Ben and his team were excellent. We had a bad leak in a kitchen in a rental property which resulted in the whole floor and kitchen needing to be removed and replaced in a very short space of time.

The work was completed to an excellent standard in 4 days and guys were very flexible with working times to get the job done given the time pressure to get the kitchen back in use.

Ben's approach to pricing was very fair and transparent.

Couldn't reccomend the guys enough and will definitely be using Ben and team for planned work in the future!

What a superstar. Ben helped us throughout the process of having our internal wall removed. He came out and talked through options, liaised with the architect and came up with the best plan to suit us. During the work itself he was onsite with his team and worked efficiently, even working the bank holiday to cater for our tight schedule. He came back to inspect every stage of the works and when he wasn’t fully happy (it was good just Ben has exceptionally high standards) he made his contractor redo the work. Would 100% recommend Ben & his team and will be having him back for all and any work we do again. Thank you

Ben quoted for a garage conversion a few years back but covid took over. We were thrilled when the new quote came in close to the original cost, and what’s more he advised he could start in the coming few weeks. We are so glad we chose BH Grasham Ltd, as the work is exceptional, his whole team were very friendly and conscious when it came to cleaning etc, and they all really care about their work. Ben was a font of knowledge, advising us and guiding us in everything from regs, through to advice on whether our ideas would look good. I would say Ben is a great consultative builder who has vast experience, and is an absolute perfectionist when it comes to his work. So glad we went with BH Grasham Ltd and will be using him again in the future. I can highly recommend him and would gladly promote his services to friends and family.

Great team, led by Ben. Had a complete kitchen overhaul including a small extension, together with patio and retaining wall. Throughout, I felt very supported, with all members of the team happy to make suggestions for improvements to the original plans. The work has been carried out to a very high standard, and communication has been excellent throughout. Very happy with the final product and have no hesitation in recommending Ben and his team.
