This company told me they'd be with me in 10 minutes, took a payment of £4.80 for less than a mile, then didn't turn up and haven't refunded me. Only given them one star because I couldn't put a review on here without it, but they don't even deserve that! I told them it was an emergency, i needed to get to my sick mother, and even knowing they had no cars available, they took my money and left me waiting over 40 minutes before admitting they had no cars available. Absolute disgrace to the profession!

Tried to book a taxi to take me to my home address from Stockton. Because of my problem using the app, I contacted them to explain my problem. I had booked a 5 seater to carry myself plus my two dogs only to be told that the company only allows 1 dog and a puppy. If I had been made aware of the company policy I would have never installed the. Very misleading on the information given out.

Used billingham cars on Saturday evening to get back from hartburn to Hartlepool. They were on time to the minute, fare was only £22 and this was 11pm. The car was immaculate and the driver friendly. Thanks guys excellent service

Great service. Call operators were very effective and friendly. They offered so much help when I had a challenge locating my driver. They are generally time conscious too and won’t keep you waiting for too long for a taxi.

Please try to avoid it. I ordered taxi, and was told that awaiting time 3 minutes. But was awaiting 30 minutes. Totally unprofessional. When you try to call and ask how long I have to wait - only option is to cancel book.

I've always been able to get a taxi when I've called. Reasonably priced. Taxi drivers are always polite and professional. Had to go on some long distances with them and had no problems and Always again Reasonably priced.

We had 2 cars booked for Christmas Day. Really happy with the service in the past. But just had a call that informed me that the prices quoted via the app were incorrect. In fact the increase in price was significantly higher. For example we had a quote for £28.50, for one taxi, we took a call on Christmas Eve to say the app was giving incorrect quotes and the actual price as £43. I think this is really poor, holding people to ransom last minute. Trading standards will be informed. Poor poor form, that will no doubt lead to a loss of custom.
