Absolutely useless. Just arrived at half 12 to pick a parcel up on a weekday and there shut!!! Open 8 till 10. What sort of other business could operate on those hours. Waste of space the post office has become

Missed parcel delivery.card through door for next day redelivery. Didn't arrive. Tried to contact sorting office only got animated service. Arranged another redelivery day. Didn't arrive. Again tried to phone sorting office. Animated service. We could carry on like like this forever. Why can you not speak to someone at a sorting office.
