This is how they leave a property they are legally responsible for as deputyship for a 99 year old women with dementia. Apparently they are acting in the best interest of my grandma. They hold all funds, dont pay her bill's on time, trash her house, neglect her gardens and are the mostly unprofessional and rude. Most of the staff are nice but Rosemary John's is a nasty piece of work. Money hungry and lazy. They have had possession for 12 months and the aim was to sell a house. All they have done is allowed the house to be abused and neglected and my grandma has to pay for that privilege.

This is THE most incompetent law firm I have ever come across. They have sat on our papers for 7 weeks without ever being looked at, and tried to claim it was another firms fault. Absolutely disgraceful.
