I am very happy with their service and special thanks to Paul Hardy for his help and advice with my settlement agreement. I found him very proactive in giving me all the info I needed and answering all my questions making me feel more at ease during a difficult time while dealing with legal matters that I had no idea how to approach them. Paul was always very approachable and nice to talk to and in the end the whole process was quick and smooth.
Also important to say that I did some research on a few Solicitors before deciding to go for Bird & Co and all the others had a longer and not so simple process just to get everything started and naturally I was not in the mindspace to go through that. With Paul was just a phone call directly with him (no bots, no assistants, no registration forms nor questionnaires) for an intro and book an actual call to go through all the documents for when I had everything ready.
