Blacklaw were a lighthouse in a rough sea. Every time I spoke to Vanessa (and team), I felt reassured and confident that they were acting in my best interests. Obviously I was using Blacklaw during a stressful and horrible time in my life, and Blacklaw were patient and compassionate throughout my experience with them. They were clear and upfront about the costs and processes they use, so when invoice time arrived there were no shocks. I genuinely believe that if I hadn't used Blacklaw, I'd not have gotten the result I wanted and needed and would have been worse off both financially and emotionally.
Although I hope to never need to use them again, I highly recommend them to anyone needing a family solicitor.

This solicitor was probably the most un professional company I’ve used to date and I have bought and sold a few times. They made many mistakes . And also didn’t get back for days on end I was continually chasing . This all could have been very costly in my sale .the sane person never gets back you you or follows up queries . I was on the ball so always pointed out their mistakes I used this company end of last year and I’m horrified to say they are making awful mistakes too , with a friend. I had no idea she was using blacklaw flackwell heath or would have steered her clear . They even got our bank account details wrong on exchange . I would not recommend this company my friend is having an awful journey ?
