Extremely knowledgeable about the local market and the houses available in the area. Janice & her team were not only helpful on the purchase but also our sale that needed a boost to make everything happen, Janice's valuable insight and advice made our agents (in Cornwall) make multiple changes to our listing that meant we quickly sold. Had the owner come out and value my house for sale. Seemed reasonable during the visit. That was the last I heard from her, promised follow up correspondence outline valuation, rates etc - I even phoned and spoke to one of the agents and left a message another time and not even a response. I feel I got a lucky escape, if this is the approach to possible customers, goodness knows how they treat prospective buyers and active customers. As you would expect, I went elsewhere for selling my house and am receiving the sort of service you would expect. Would definitely recommend staying away from these guys.
