I trained with Joe for 3 years for both general and specific fitness and I was at my fittest during that period. Joe has an encyclopaedic knowledge of all things fitness which means he will find something to resonate with your needs whether you’re just starting out, lookIng for motivation, enjoy a workout challenge or seeking progress, overall or for specific activities. He runs a tough class, but can build a bridge to any level. Best fitness training experience I’ve ever had

I cannot recommend Joe highly enough. Training with him has been one of the best life decisions and investments I’ve ever made. He not only helped me change physically, but also mentally and helped me gain a different perspective on health and fitness which still influences and inspires me today.
