Just purchase a house using Breens Solicitors for our conveyancing.
After a very quick and competitive quote, we received an email from Nathalie who was to be our Conveyancer with Sarah as
another who will know about our purchase.
We were kept in the loop all the way through the process a service we found very professional and stress free.
Its the very small details which made the process easy. On all emails, the footer included the writers direct line, hours of work and when they will be on holiday amazing!
Also no " online client portal" ! which seams to be used by other companies, but a bind for the client.
Three of my friends who are also buying or selling homes, each said they wish they had used Breens. I've completed my purchase and they are still bogged down n the process. Thank you Nathalie and Sarah for a brilliant job.

I used Breems soliciters to do the conveyancing of my house purchase . They were very professional going above and beyond so much that I felt I should make a review . Gayle and Gary on the desk they were friendly helpful and knowledgeable. I looked forward to seeing them Louise and Duaa professional friendly helpful emphatic , our case was difficult but this team including Josh who did our wills , made the process tolerable for us and indeed they got it over the line despite the difficulties we had with another party .we cannot thank them enough . Where to start with breens solicitors. Second time around using this company for the purchase of my first home and 5 years on for the sale. Debbie was fantastic for the purchase back in 2019 and just this november both debbie and sarah and the team at breens absaloutely flew through the sale for me having it all done in just over a month in time for xmas. Having offices located both in waterloo and formby gives you a bigger team to tackle any issues at hand you may come accross. I will be returning once i find another property and also for my will as the grey hairs are creeping in and time waits for no one. From the bottom of my heart i can't thank you all enough.
