Karen was very professional and friendly with a ‘no nonsense’ approach that helped get the family requirements quickly sorted out. She was particularly patient and helpful in helping my mother to sign the documentation. My mother is severely sight impaired and it was nice to see this patient and friendly demeanour towards her. I would not hesitate to recommend Karen and this company to anybody requiring assistance with such matters.

I met Brenda just last week for the 1st time although She had been recommended to me by a number of business colleagues over the past couple of months. Wills are not a thing you think about every day! However Brenda very quickly understood what my wife and I wanted to achieve from writing a new Will. After an initial meeting with myself and a subsequent meeting with both of us we were able to produce our wishes very quickly. Brenda helped me sort out my Will recently as well as put in place a trust for my children. What I really liked about working with Brenda, is her calm and patient approach to what is, quite a difficult subject matter. No question was too silly and she spent as long as was required to explain the ins and outs of different aspects of Will writing. Highly recommended.

Brenda recently helped my husband and I write our wills. This is something we've been meaning to do for years and Brenda was the perfect person to guide us through the process. She is so knowledgable and was able to help us reach the decisions we wanted in a relaxed but informed manner. She also made sure we didn't pay extra for services we didn't need.
