If only the opening times on the website over New Year were the same as the notice on the door. Closed 13.00 New Year's Eve and all day New Year's Day. Don't have a wasted journey like I did!

I tried to telephone the post office three times this afternoon. On the first occasion the phone rang a long while, then when they did pick up the receiver was placed on a counter or something and all I could hear was transactions being carried out and the staff member said to the customer “we are short of staff”. After about two minutes of my saying hello with no reply I hung up.
I tried twice more, their phone rang, the receiver was picked up and they immediately hung up.
I was phoning to see if they offered a particular service, but I’ll be going elsewhere now.
The service at this post office has really deteriorated since it changed hands, which is a pity as it used to be a real asset to the village.

The staff in this post office are and always have been brilliant - friendly and efficient. However the huge queue this morning on a Saturday was ridiculous. Perhaps the new owner should focus on employing more staff rather than packing the place with high shelves full of sweets for everyone to snake around.

Had the pleasure of renewing my driving licence today.....the ladies at the post desk were super helpful & even took my photo!unlike the usual grumps behind the desk in other POs, so nice to have such a cheery happy atmosphere with your stamps!thanks again!!?

All the staff are so nice and have been especially outstanding during the temporary accommodation they've been working with while waiting for their new premises to be finished. My dogs also think this is the best post office ever. It really is one of the very best places in Broadstone to shop.

Never open on time. 09.45am when due ro open at 09.30. Customers queuing outside and half of them left due to waiting in the cold.
At least the staff member that opened remembered his lunch. Obviously more important. Definitely going done hill
