Very highly recommended! I've used Brookes Stephens for many years now and they have provided accountancy services and advice for me for several companies that I have owned during that time. Leon, John, Phil, Ann, Louise and the team at Brookes Stephens always provide an excellent service. They are very professional, accurate, quick to respond and very friendly and helpful throughout. They provide all of this quality whilst maintaining excellent value for money. I have used other accountancy companies, and it took me a while to find one I was comfortable with and actually enjoyed working with, but I have never looked back since appointing Leon and his team some 10 years or so ago.

Initially good to deal with. After a lot of personal strains, and being *partly* at fault for a delay in submitting Corporate Tax info, they made the hot headed decision to completely let me, a client, down. And ditch me and my business 11 days before the tax deadline. A very unpleasant and nasty approach. And they will find out in the future the white lies that their rotating staff s who were 'looking after' my tax submission told, to keep themselves out of trouble. As these staff will do the same to another client I am sure of it.
