Shocking service from these solicitors, even during covid and working from home, all other solicitors in the chain were responsive and quick to action. 4 months to do the survey was not an acceptable time frame and constant chasing by all other parties to try and get responses in a timely manner just caused unnecessary stress to the process. They were always aloof in their responses, refused to be contacted by telephone, only email, when they bothered to respond, and ultimately dragged out the process over 6 months. I'm glad they were not my appointed solicitor as I would have disputed payment at the end.
