Power supply mishap, plug snapped in the power socket of my laptop at a time when I needed the device, lesson learned with low cost power supplies, frustrating…dropped it into Brosys to see what they could do…. Set a realistic expectation that it would likely be a few days and need a part to replace the power supply port, which was what I feared, then a call a few hours later off the team advised me they had recovered the broken component and the laptop was up and running. I was working again same day 👍. I work in IT and was pleasantly surprised at the honest assessment, the timely response and effort to recover the situation, and the reasonable cost, I will use Brosys again ….
