Wouldn't advise dealing with them. Refusing to fix or acknowledge mould issues in a property before it was even occupied and handing it over knowing about the issues then expecting the tenant to deal with it. General refusal to do anything to help once you have signed a contract with them and moved in.

Incompetent, dreadful communications from Lettings manager. Withheld deposit unnecessarily. Phone & emails rarely returned. Totally amateurish company. Do Not use at all costs.
