Bruce is excellent. All the skills to bring the parties to a negotiated resolution. Would not hesitate to recommend. He acted on a disputed family loan case and helped resolved it despite the implicit high tensions.

Bruce was amazing at finding the middle ground in a dispute I had been having for nearly a year. Although compromise needed to be made from both sides his approach meant we can now all move forward.

This was my first mediation session and I have to say that I wasn't sure about what to expect beforehand and whether it was going to help the dispute in any way. However, I have to admit that I was wrong in my thinking.

Bruce did an excellent job. I felt comfortable expressing my arguments to him and didn't feel that he had any trouble understanding the dispute.
